The service was excellent. Staff like Aurelio and Ricardo were super helpful. Our room had comfy beds and a great shower. It's just a short walk to Zocalo, but not too noisy, which was perfect.

The rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the city. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the cleanliness and the warmth of the friendly staff. Overall, a comfortable haven close to local attractions.

absolutely terrible experience. I could hear every thing my neighbors did, even their bodily functions. Can someone explain why I didn’t get an upgrade or complimentary gift? The stains on my bed cover were just the cherry on top of this disaster. I almost wanted to write a good review but just couldn’t. Disappointment all around.
